SQUAREROPE® Double V-belts are hexagonal in cross section and have four sides on the working face, i.e. both sides of the belt can be used to drive. Its structure consists of the fabric cover, the tension member and the compression rubber core. The tensile cords and the cushion rubber are located in the center of the cross section. The tensile cords are made of reinforced polyester, providing high flexibility and low elongation. It is only subject to tensile force and no other stress during operation. The belt is covered by the special fabric with good flexibility and softness. SQUAREROPE® Double V-belts are ideal for multi-axis drives in the same plane. It is unnecessary to cross the belt when the belt drive needs to change direction. The belts are generally used in agricultural machines, textile machines and mechanical industry.
