DYNAFLEX® wrapped heavy-duty narrow V-belts are manufactured according to USA standard RMA and have the same structure and properties as DYNAFLEX® wedge V-belts. The ratio of the top width of the belt to the belt height is around 1.1, which is about one third smaller than that of classical V-belts, so the lateral strength becomes larger. The fabric cover has great flexibility and is treated with wear-resistance rubber compound. This makes the belt flexible and resistant to oil, hot and cold temperature and antistatic. Compared with classical V-belts, DYNAFLEX® narrow V-belts have the advantages of larger transmission power, higher strength, lower stretch, greater efficiency and longer service life and can adapt to the transmission requirements of high speed ratio and short center distance. They are widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, textile, lifting and other industrial equipment.
