DYNAFLEX® Raw Edge Laminated V-belts contain the top fabric cover, the tension member, the compression rubber core and the bottom fabric, whose structure is comparable to classical V-belts. The advantage is that the belt rubber core is added with the special short fiber, and after the vulcanization process, the finished product is cut according to the wedge angle and the top width specified, and this offers more excellent wear resistance to the lateral pressure. In addition, the bottom of the compression rubber core is laminated with multiple layers of special fabric to help reduce noise during operation.
