DYNAFLEX® wrapped heavy-duty wedge V-belts are composed of the fabric cover, the tension member and the compression rubber core, whose structure is similar to classical V-belts and offer even better performance. The special polyester tensile cords are extremely low-stretch and placed slightly higher than in classical V-belts, which moves up the force position, thus improving power transmission. As the height of the compression rubber core increases, the effective contact area between the belt and the pulley extends, thereby enlarging the frictional force and enhancing the driving performance. Thanks to its structural characteristics and excellent resistance to oil, heat and static, the DYNAFLEX® wedge V-belt commits a higher bearing capacity and a longer service life. This renders it suitable for the applications with large load fluctuations and under harsh working conditions.
